Introduction

This character is an edit out of AGenericDude's Isabelle that completely overhauls the character to be something new.
I wouldn't blame someone for thinking it was made from the ground up, but alas, it is indeed an edit, a very ambitious one at that.

Main Differences
=========================================================================

There's a ton of changes made to this character compared to the OG, so I'll pinpoint the big ones.

- The AI has been made MUCH stronger and now scales with MUGEN's in-game AI settings (can be configured in the cyd)
- Visual overhaul (just about everything has a new effect)
- Gameplay overhauled, think of it as a mixture of Smash and MVC elements
- Several new animations and sprites (done by ValleryTheNepGamer96)
- Reworked and replaced some moves
- New palettes and better color separation

Movelist
========================================================================

- Mechanics 
 - Isabelle can full hop and short hop
 - Isabelle can super jump (D,U)
 - Isabelle has slight aerial drift - she can move in the air by holding left or right (becomes stronger with super jumping)
 - Isabelle can dash in both directions, she can even dash dance!

- Combo System
 - Isabelle has access to MVC chain comboing (light up to heavy)
 - Isabelle can preform KOF styled super and dream cancels, allowing for long combos

- Normals
 - A: Light Kick
 - B: Heavy Kick
 - X: Light Punch
 - Y: Heavy Punch
 - C: Charge 
 - Z: Dodge / Roman Cancel (Roman Cancel can only be used during attacks, costs 500 power (250 power if you're canceling a super))
  - Dodges can be influenced by holding a direction
  - Air dodges can be used to wavedash
 - Throw: Two Punches / Two Kicks

- Specials 
 - Fishing Rod: QCB, x/y
  - X: Tosses the opponent forward and into a wall (hold back to throw them in the opposite direction)
  - Y: Slams the opponent on the grounded
 - File Toss: QCF, x/y
  - X: Short horizontal distance, but has greater vertical distance and slower fall speed
  - Y: Launches forward horizontally fast with less vertical distance
  - Hold forward or back before she hops to move in that direction a bit
 - Pocket: QCB, a/b (Reflector, has no variants)
 - Lloid Trap: DD, a/b (ground only)
  - Places a trap for opponents to walk past
  - Preform the command again to pre-maturely release the Lloid
  - Time a dash input upon release to preform a 'Glyroid'

- Supers (all cost 1000 power)
 - City Tripper: QCF, a/b (air ok)
  - Hold any button to charge up - charge correctly and you'll preform a rocket boost, too much and you'll burn out! 
 - Giant Lloid Trap: QCB, x/y 
 - Dilligent Secretary: QCF, x/y
